1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GHLWA website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GHLWA ("GHLWA," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GHLWA provides a WhatsApp messaging integration for GoHighLevel that enables agencies and businesses to send, receive, and automate WhatsApp communications within their GHL workflows. Features may include two-way messaging, workflow triggers, rich media support, contact synchronization, multi-location management, and related tools.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, security, or compliance with third-party platform requirements.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Have valid GoHighLevel and WhatsApp Business accounts or authorization as required for integration
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members or additional users you add to your workspace.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Pricing
GHLWA offers per-subaccount subscription pricing based on the number of subaccounts connected to your workspace:
- Starter: $27 per subaccount per month (1–3 subaccounts)
- Growth: $24 per subaccount per month (4–10 subaccounts)
- Scale: $18 per subaccount per month (11 or more subaccounts)
- Additional users: $10 per additional user per month
Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website and at dashboard.ghlwa.com.
4.2 Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
4.3 No Hidden Fees
We do not charge hidden platform fees beyond the published subscription rates and any applicable taxes or third-party messaging costs imposed by WhatsApp or Meta where applicable.
4.4 Refund Policy
New subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Service is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@ghlwa.com. Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions only unless otherwise required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies
- Transmit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, networks, or other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending marketing or automated messages and for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and telecommunications laws.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Meta, and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
You acknowledge that WhatsApp connectivity may require ongoing authentication, compliance review, or configuration changes imposed by Meta or WhatsApp.
7. Agency and Client Responsibilities
If you are an agency managing client subaccounts, you are responsible for:
- Configuring integrations appropriately for each client location
- Ensuring your clients are informed about messaging practices and data handling
- Maintaining appropriate permissions and access controls for your team
- Compliance with client agreements and industry-specific regulations
GHLWA is not a party to your agreements with your end clients.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and website content, is owned by GHLWA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription for internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide reliable WhatsApp connectivity and message delivery, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that messages will always be delivered without delay.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHLWA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GHLWA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHLWA from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or messages, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, pose a security risk, or if required by law or a third-party platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund outside the 14-day guarantee period unless required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the effective revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GHLWA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
16. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GHLWA regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer
